Return Policy

Please read carefully. Proceeding with payment is acknowledgement and acceptance of the following return policy. We are small business and will do our best to accommodate returns and/or change orders to agreed contract or sales order. All orders are special order specifically ordered as per your request. We will work with our vendors to ensure that we can return any and all unopened boxes within 15 days of Smart Home Integrations receiving the product. All orders are subject to return shipping fees unless waived by vendor. All orders subject to 15% restocking fees unless waived by vendor. Credit card processing fees will be deducted from the total amount of refund.

If the device is defective, we will work with the vendor to honor all manufacturer's warranty for repair or replacement of said defective component.

Once all conditions are met, we will refund the order minus any fees as listed above. Credit card refunds will be applied to credit card used for purchase. Payments made by check or debit card are paid by check. Please allow approximately 14 business days for processing.
